Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Vivace Collections, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we deal in premium designer collections, we request you to read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

• We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, color variation due to screen settings, or size issues.
• We offer exchange only, subject to product availability.
• To request an exchange, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be shipped back to our address within 3 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Defective or Damaged Items

Every order undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage:

• An uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened is mandatory to raise a claim.
• Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.
• The item must be returned to our address or handed over to us personally for inspection.
• Once the product is inspected and the defect is verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.
• Refunds are considered only for verified defective products when a replacement is not available.

Important Notes

• Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect.
• Vivace Collections reserves the right to reject any claim that does not comply with the above policy.
